1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing this website, you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms of Service, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. 2. Provision of Technology Services
Professional Computer Services, LLC agrees to provide the client with computer repair, IT support, and related technology services as detailed in a separate written estimate, work order, or service agreement. These services may include, but are not limited to, diagnostics, repairs, installations, network configuration, data backup or recovery assistance, security remediation, and consulting.
- Timelines: Project timelines are estimates and are subject to change based on scope, parts availability, and factors outside of our control. Professional Computer Services, LLC will make every reasonable effort to meet the agreed-upon deadlines.
- Client Responsibilities: The client agrees to provide timely feedback, reasonable access to premises, devices, and credentials as needed, and any required information to facilitate the provision of services.
3. Payment Terms
Payment for services will be governed by the terms outlined in the client's individual statement of work or contract. Fees may be charged per project, hourly, or on a recurring basis as agreed. Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension of services.
4. Intellectual Property
Any pre-existing intellectual property belonging to either party remains the property of that party. Any new materials created by Professional Computer Services, LLC specifically for the client as part of the services (e.g., documentation, configurations, or custom deliverables) shall become the property of the client upon full and final payment for the services rendered, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
5. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential all non-public information learned about the other's business. This includes financial details, customer data, credentials, and other proprietary information. This obligation of confidentiality extends beyond the termination of any service agreement.
6. Limitation of Liability
Professional Computer Services, LLC will not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages, or any loss of revenue, profits, or data arising in connection with this Agreement or the services provided. Our total liability in connection with this Agreement will not exceed the total fees paid by the client to us. For more information, please see our Disclaimer.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice, as specified in the agreement. Upon termination, the client is responsible for all fees incurred up to the date of termination.
8. Modifications
Professional Computer Services may revise these terms of service for its website at any time without notice. By using this website you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these terms of service.
